We are a network of innovation professionals and consultants, who share a common vision: at a time of digital transition, there is a great opportunity to reorient the innovation movement toward the common good.
In an era of important societal shifts, and the global risk posed e.g., by climate change and the demographic tsunami, with an ageing population that lives longer, it is time to appeal to human ingenuity to address global problems that affect us all.
Reframing innovation around common good principles, which we propose elsewhere, provides great opportunity. It is equivalent to what economists would refer to as designing economic activity with only positive and no negative externalities. And in this sense, technology may be an important enabler of our common dreams for a better world.

The INNO 3000 network
We are a born global enterprise that lives in the Cloud. Our six core team members live in four different countries and five different cities. And, we communicate in English, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Ukrainian with clients and friends.
We are supported by an international network of professional specialists who join forces when specific projects require it. A network structure at the core, and international project teams, of varying configuration, whose members share common values.
Harry Costin
DBA, MBA, MEd, MA in International Relations. General coordination at INNO 3000.
Harry has over 30 years of academic experience and has taught strategy and innovation courses at universities in the US, France, Spain and Germany. As an international consultant and trainer, he has worked with hundreds of companies in the Unites States, Latin America, Europe and Asia. He is also the author of seven management books.
Antonio Eslava
BS in Sociology, MA in Big Data. Technology Integration at INNO 3000.
Antonio has over 30 years of experience as a system integrator, working 20 years for the IT divisions of Siemens. He recently completed a master´s degree in Big Data. He is a strong believer in the enabling power of data analytics for small- and medium-size companies.

Fatima was deputy editor of the magazine www.granadadigital.com, as well as a journalist at COMPUTER HOY, one of the leading computer magazines in Spain. She is co-founder of Tek'n'Life, a digital technology and lifestyle magazine. Fátima is the author of the book Ensayo sobre las Palabras.

Dioselinda is a senior technician in graphic design and advertising. She is an active promoter of the so-called triple impact economy (social, environmental and economic wellbeing). Committed to humanistic management, as founder of Link Naranja and Pro Atenea. She coordinates courses at the Universidad de la Empresa in Uruguay and leads workshops at the Universidad Privada Boliviana.
